BPI understands that paying large sums of fees upfront can be intimidating for most borrowers. With BPI’s all-in home financing, these fees will be included in the borrower’s monthly amortization. Borrowers don’t have to feel worried because fees will be spread out throughout their loan term.

BPI guarantees that your home loan will be approved in 2-5 days as long as borrowers submit all the necessary documents. Loan processing will start from the time the bank receive your complete documentary requirements. Ensure everything is complete and up to date.

What Are the BPI Home Loan Terms?

The BPI home loan requires a minimum loan amount of P500,000. While this amount may seem overwhelming, borrowers purchasing a house and lot have 25 years to pay this off. On the other hand, those looking to purchase a vacant lot or condominium unit are given a maximum of 10 years. Plus, you can borrow up to 80% of a property’s appraised value.

How Much is the Interest Rate?

For new borrowers, the following interest rates apply as of July 19, 2022.
  1 year - 6.75%
  2 years - 7.00%
  3 years - 7.50%
  4 years - 7.75%
  5 years - 7.98%
  10 years - 10.25%
  15 years - 10.50%
  20 years - 12.00%

Am I Eligible for the BPI Home Loan?

Borrowers who satisfy the following criteria are eligible for the BPI home loan:
Filipino citizens
A foreigner married to a Filipino citizen
Those who are of legal age but not more than 65 years old upon maturity of the loan
Combined household income of at least PHP 40,000

What Are the Requirements of the BPI Home Loan?

Borrowers must submit 3 types of documents:

General Documents:

These are the following
Duly accomplished application form
2 valid IDs
If married, both spouses to sign on the application form
If with co-borrower or co-mortgagor, a separate application form is needed

Income Documents:

If Locally Employed
Certificate of Employment (COE) indicating salary, position and length of service
Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last 2 years
If OFW
Contract or Certificate of Employment (COE) authenticated by the Philippine Consulate
Crew contract and exit pass validated by POEA (seaman)
Proof of monthly remittances
Notarized or authenticated Special Power of Attorney (SPA) in BPI FSB format
If Self Employed
Articles of incorporation and by-laws with SEC registration certificate
Audited financial statements for the last 2 years
DTI registration
ITR w/ Statement of Assets and Liabilities (SAL) for the last 2 yrs
List of trade references (at least 3 names with telephone nos. of major suppliers/customers)
Bank statements for the past 6 months
If Practicing Doctor
Clinic address/es and schedule

Collateral Documents:

Photocopy of title
Lot plan with vicinity map
