RCBC allows borrowers to upgrade from a Regular Home Loan to the Home Loan Plus package. The Home Loan Plus package is inclusive of fire insurance coverage at 0% interest rate and can be paid throughout the duration of your loan. To avail, borrowers must take out a minimum loan of 1 million pesos which can only be used for the purchase of a house and lot, townhouse, and condominium.

Filipino or dual Filipino Citizenship
Foreign nationals (must be married to a Filipino citizen)

OFW
Worked abroad for 2 consecutive years

Accomplished RCBC home loan application form
Valid ID (Passport, UMID, Drivers License, PIC)
Marriage contract (if married) or birth certificate (if single)

Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
