Updating Your Nook Account Information
Keeping your Nook profile current means your loan consultant always has the right details to move your application forward. Here's how to sign in and update your account in a couple of minutes.
Your Nook account is where your home loan journey lives — it's how your dedicated loan consultant reaches you, sends progress updates, and keeps your application moving with our banking partners. If your name, mobile number or bank details have changed, take a moment to update them so nothing slows down your approval.
Step 1 — Log in to your account
Go to your Nook account and click the Sign In / Register button. Enter your account credentials — the email and password you registered with — then click Login.
- If you've forgotten your password, use the password-reset link on the login screen.
- If you haven't created an account yet, you can register and get pre-qualified in about 3 minutes.

Step 2 — Open your profile
Once you're logged in, go to the My Profile tab. This is where all of your account information lives. After editing any section, always click Save so your changes are stored.
Step 3 — Update your account details
Under Account Details you can keep your personal information accurate:
- Name — your first name, middle name and surname.
- Mobile number — make sure this is current, as your consultant and our automated alerts reach you here.
- Languages and About Me — optional, but helpful context for your consultant.
Step 4 — Add or update your bank details
Your Bank Details are used when you receive a commission from your referrals. Make sure the following are correct so any payment reaches the right account:
- Bank Name
- Account Name
- Account Number
Step 5 — Manage your account and password
In the Account Management section you can change your account password. Choose a strong, unique password and update it whenever you have any doubt about your account's security.
Step 6 — Add a profile photo or banner
You can personalise your account by adding a profile photo or a banner. Just click the camera icon and browse for an image from your computer.
- For the profile banner image, a recommended resolution of 900 × 600 or above avoids pixelation.
