Home Loan Referrals

IT Support – May 3, 2022

Have a friend or know someone that needs a loan to buy a property? Nook can help, we are open to receive home loan referrals from anyone who wants to earn extra income by referring a successful home loan application.

Step 1 – Login to your Nook account

Go to http://app.nook.com.ph/ and enter your Username and Password.

Step 2 – Go to home loan referrals

From the Home Loan Referrals section of you user portal, you can see here the list of all referrals that you have submitted. Click the Add Referral button.

For Mobile users

There are 2 ways to get to your user portal menu
(1) Click your profile icon at the top right corner of your screen, to see the options.

(2) On the left side, under the Welcome [username]! message, click on the 3 dots ( : ) image to open up the menu.

Step 3 – Fill out referral form

Fill out the referral form with the information of the potential borrower that you would like to introduce to Nook.

Put in the Name of your referral, Email address and best Contact Number. You can also include a short description or relevant message that you think would help us get in touch with your referral. After putting all the info, just click Submit Referral button and we’ll do the rest from there.

Our systems will receive the referral attached to your user account so we would know that you made this referral.

Add Referal Form

A confirmation message will prompt you that you have successfully submitted your referral to our system.

You can click View Details >> of your referral to check again.

The system will send the user an SMS and Email notifications for every referral sent confirming that Nook has already received

Note: For us to be able to automatically process your incentive, please get in touch with a Nook Account Manager for your pay out details (eg. Bank account, Gcash, PayMay, etc)* and we will treat this with utmost confidentiality only for the purpose of your referral incentive. Once we have your details, our system will pick it up from there.

*Financial accounts may vary depending whichever is available. Check from a Nook account manager first before submitting any financial account information.
